Student Attendance, Participation, and Administrative Drop Policy

Students enrolled in CCAPE noncredit workshops, courses, and training programs are expected to be punctual and have regular attendance at all sessions in order to fully participate, whether in-person, live stream via Zoom, or fully online. If a student does not complete the noncredit workshop, course, or training program, a grade of Not Complete (NC) will be recorded on their transcript.

If a student wishes to withdraw from a CCAPE noncredit workshop, course, or training program, a formal withdrawal notification is required by the start of the first class by email to workforce@gregorybgallagher.com or by phone at 508-375-5013. Once a formal withdrawal notification is received, an administrative drop will be processed.

 

Student Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund for CCAPE noncredit workshops, courses, and training programs, a student must withdraw in writing by email to workforce@gregorybgallagher.com or call 508-375-5013 at least seven business days prior to the first session to receive a refund of tuition, less an 8% processing fee. Student refunds will not be issued for withdrawal notifications made less than seven business days prior to the workshop, course or training program start date.

If CCAPE cancels a workshop, course or training program, students will receive 100% refund.
